New campaign with the Brit Award-winning musician showcases 55 hours in the mind of a rock star
Stormzy is the new global ambassador for Dyson’s OnTrac headphones.
The campaign shows how much Stormzy achieves on a single 55-hour charge of the OnTrac.
Jake Dyson, chief engineer, said in a release, ‘With Stormzy, we share a common guiding philosophy. Making the most of everything and consistently delivering something that’s better than what’s been before. It’s what’s driven us to make smaller motors, to expand into different sectors, to solve more problems. It’s what’s driven Stormzy to master more genres, go deeper with lyrics and effect social change. And it’s incredibly exciting to see how our technology can give Stormzy the fuel he needs.’
Stormzy added, ‘Whether I’m catching a flight, getting ready for a show, or working on new music, I need to tune everything out and stay focused. The Dyson OnTrac headphones make it easy—they’re with me through every trip, no matter how long or hectic the day gets.’
A 10-minute charge provides two-and-a-half hours of extra battery, while 30 minutes gets nine hours. The OnTrac’s lithium–ion cells are in its headband and not the cups, for optimal weight distribution.
It features 40 mm speaker drivers and audio signal processing reproducing 6 Hz to 21 kHz.
The OnTrac, available in four colours (CNC Aluminium, CNC Copper, Ceramic Cinnabar, CNC Black Nickel), is also further customizable, with changeable outer caps and ear cushions, with over 2,000 looks possible.
The Dyson OnTrac is available now at dyson.co.nz.
